The magnesium alloy passivation agent Mag--4011 serves as a film-forming agent for the product. It forms a dense protective film on the surface of the product, thereby enhancing the corrosion resistance and coating adhesion of the product.

Usage Method (1000L Solution Preparation)

Fill the chemical tank to approximately 1/3 capacity (about 300L)
Add 100 kg of Mag-4011 to the chemical tank
Add pure water to reach 1000L total volume
Heat to the required operating temperature
And start the filtration mixer for stirring

Processing Solution Concentration Determination Method

Take a clean conical flask and add 100ml of pure water
Using a pipette, take 10ml of the Passivating Agent and add it to the conical flask
Add 2-3 drops of indicator
Using a 0.1 mol/L NaOH standard solution for titration, until the solution in the conical flask changes from yellow to blue-green, record the volume of titration consumed Vml. The acid point = Vpt

Chemical Replenishment

Filling frequency: When the pH value is less than 7.8, add Mag4011a (8.5 - pH value) * tank volume (L) * 0.015 kg;
The supplementation of Mag4011B is carried out at 0.02 times the amount of supplementation of Mag-4011A.
